1. Delivery Services:

1.1 Private Delivery Service
- Private delivery services ensure that your flowers will be safely delivered to the recipant. If any damage occurs during transit, it will be our responsibility to replace a bouquet on the same day.
- While choosing for the Private Delivery Service, live delivery status and contact details of the driver will not provided. The driver will contact the recipant upon arrival at the destination.

1.2 Lalamove Service
- Lalamove provides live delivery status and may offer cheaper rates in some areas.
- While choosing Lalamove Service, we do not hold any responsibility in the event of unfortune events or damage to your order(s) resulting from this delivery service.

2. Transportation:
- All delivery services (Private Delivery or Lalamove) will utilised cars to ensure the safe delivery of your order.

3. Delivery TImeframe:
- Please note that the choosen time for all delivery services (Private Delivery or Lalamove) may include a buffer to account for unexpected traffic or events. We strive to deliver your order within the specified timeframe but appreciate your understanding in unforseen circumstances. 

4. "If" Failed Delivery:
- In the event of a failed delivery attempt or the need to rearrange delivery, additional fees may apply. Please immediately contact our customer services team Contact Us for assitance with re-delivery or any related issues.
