❓ Can I Click and Collect?
✏️ Yes, you can! Just select “Pickup” as the shipping method on the checkout page, and we’ll have your order ready for collection.
❓ Can I change my order details (date, address, or message)?
✏️ Yes, you can! If you’d like to modify your order details, please WhatsApp us with the updated information ASAP. Please note that an additional charge may apply if the shipping address changes.
❓ Can I cancel my order?
✏️ Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more details.
❓ What happens if no one is home when you deliver?
✏️ Please refer to Section 4 of our Delivery Guidelines for details on how we handle these situations. For further assistance, contact our customer service team via WhatsApp.
❓ Can I change my pickup time after placing the order?
✏️ Yes, please inform us via WhatsApp if you'd like to reschedule your pickup time, ideally 1-3 days in advance.
❓ Can you deliver at a specific time or within a specific time frame?

❓ Can I design my own arrangement?

❓ Do you deliver to other states?
✏️ Currently, we only deliver within the Johor Bahru and Kulai area. Delivery fees will be calculated based on the shipping information entered at checkout.
